How long does it take to go live?
Most shops are taking orders the same day. Create your shop, add a handful of products with their weights and prices, set your collection times, and share your link. That’s it.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your shopfront is a web link that works on any phone, tablet or computer. Customers just tap the link, browse and order.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your shop name, slogan and collection times are yours. Your storefront lives on your own Pasture address.
Orders & collections
How do I see what needs preparing?
The fulfilment board shows the day’s orders moving from new, to preparing, to ready, to collected. Drag a card along as you work and the counter always knows what’s next.
Can I limit how many orders a slot takes?
Yes. Set a capacity cap per collection slot so you’re never swamped. When a slot is full, customers are guided to the next available one.
Payments & payouts
How do I get paid?
Card payments are taken at checkout through Stripe and paid out to your own bank account. You connect your Stripe account once during setup.
Do you take a commission on orders?
Never. You pay one flat monthly fee and keep 100% of every order. The only deduction is Stripe’s standard card-processing fee, which goes to Stripe.
Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. Choose deposit or pay-in-full per product. Deposits work well for large or seasonal orders where you want to secure the booking up front.
Seasonal pre-orders
How do Christmas pre-orders work?
Open a seasonal list early, take a deposit to lock in each order, and cap your collection days so the busiest dates run like clockwork. When a line sells out you can collect a waitlist.
Account & billing
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your dashboard. There’s no contract, so your shopfront stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I add staff logins?
Yes, you can add staff with the right level of access so your Saturday team can work the board without touching your billing or settings.
